Smoking with the multifunctional pan and the smoking accessories of Demeyere
1. Sprinkle a handful of wood shavings into the pan
2. Place the smoking chamber in the pan above the shavings. This smoking chamber is designed to protect against dripping and has smoke holes that make the smoke escape sideways. Remark: put some aluminium foil on top, this should make maintenance easier.
3. Place the steaming grid into the pan. This is used to smoke the dishes.
4. Finally put the lid on the pan and choose the setting on the cooker. Medium temperatures give the best result.
