You can even use the multifunctional pan as a mini oven. Pre-heat the pan for a few minutes until a drop or two of water rolls from one side to the other of the pan. When this temperature is reached, lower the intensity of the heat source to the minimum. Insert the steam accessory into the multifunctional pan and put in your baking mould. Do not add water or oil to the pan for this purpose. Close the pan with the high lid and open or close the steam vent depending on the preparation. It requires some experience to know the correct temperature for the best baking results. We recommend trying a lower temperature first and later on increasing it, if necessary.
